I worked with the public utilizing good customer service skills assisting with service repair orders as a valued associate. On a daily basis I use the Reynolds & Reynolds (DMS): ERA as needed for vehicle intake, tracking and billing purposes.

DIGITAL DISH, INC - Installer Technician - 2009-2010

I installed Satellite TV for Dish Network customers, adhering to their strict installation guidelines. I worked independently with little supervision and was responsible for rolling inventory consisting of receivers, cabling, saucers, mounts, tools and a utility vehicle. Climbing 30 foot ladders was only half the work requirements, I also had to configure software, and collect contract form.

EXEL, INC - Order Fulfillment - 2007-2009

I picked case orders for Dannon using the RedPraire WMS synced RF scanners. Daily I operated the standing forklifts as a trained and certified associate. Loading outgoing shipments and unloading incoming inventory was also a major assignment of this 2nd shift position.

ABX AIR, INC - Freight Handler - 2004-2007

I sorted high volume freight for overnight, and 5-7day delivery by DHL. I also climbed and stuffed freight bags into the belly of outgoing 737 aircraft. Also, I was responsible for missing freight label identification using DHL tracking management handheld Windows CE equipment.

DELPHI - Production Worker - 1998- 2004

As an employee of GM where they manufactured their shocks & struts, my job was welder robot production operator. I was responsible for periodic quality inspections, and hourly scrap counts. Light maintenance, and custodial cleanup of surrounding work zone was also a major job responsibility.
