in April 2008, and competed in its first ever SIFE Regional competition in
March 2009, where the team won the Rookie of the Year award.
I'm a graduate student, can still join SIFE?
Yes. SIFE is open to all Franklin students, both undergraduate and graduate students.
I have already graduated, but would like to be involved. Is this possible?

that alumni can help. Contact Franklin SIFE for more information.

No. SIFE is free to join and there are no membership fees.
The team is funded through support from the SIFE headquarters, fundraising,
and the University.
Are there any paid positions in SIFE?
SIFE is a student organization and members do not get paid.
However, the networking opportunities and experience that can be
gained by being a SIFE member is extremely valuable and can open many
doors when it comes to finding a job or an internship. Many companies
actively recruit SIFE members because they know that SIFE students go
above and beyond, and have had experience with real world projects,
teamwork, and leadership, all of which are very attractive assets to recruiters.
What kinds of scholarships are available to SIFE members?
There are several scholarships through SIFE that are available
exclusively for SIFE students. These range from a few hundred
to several thousand dollars. In recent years the there has been
a shortage of applicants for many of these scholarships and the
odds of getting them has been quite favorable.

There are over 1,300 active universities in 40 countries
