Returns

If for some reason, the Nu-Wave Oven Pro does not prove to be everything we have said it would be, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

To return your Nu-Wave Oven, you must call our Customer Service Department and request a Return Authorization Code. Please, DO NOT SHIP YOUR OVEN TO US WITHOUT THIS CODE.
