The Unit Ministry Team, headed by Ch. West, is where Soldiers can go for spiritual advice, regardless of their respective religion, talk about personal matters, or about anything that requires the listener to be trusted not to speak about the situation. The chaplain is required to maintain confidentiality about issues in almost all situations.
