1. Begin heating the wort in Large Brew Pot .
2. Cover and bring to boil (IMPORTANT! - see NOTE 13).
3. Once the wort is boiling remove lid (Adjust heat if necessary to maintain boil).
4. Make note of the time and the volume of brew pot (to be used later for calulating efficiancy).
5. Add the bittering hops to Large Brew Pot.
6. After 45 minutes of boiling add the aroma hops to Large Brew Pot and insert Immersion Wort Chiller into brew pot as well. (Do not turn on the Chiller yet!)
4. After 60 minutes of boil, turn off the heat.
1. Turn on the water source to the Wort Chiller.
2. Allow water to run until wort's temperature reaches 70 F. Then turn off water and remove the Wort Chiller from brew pot.
1. Place the end of the Large Brew Pot's drain hose into the Primary Fermenter.
2. Open the Large Brew Pots's valve and allow all the liquid to drain into primary fermenter (see NOTE 14).
