1. If using an airstone, drop the Airstone into the Primary Fermenter and allow it to sink to the bottom. Turn oxygen tank on highest setting for 3 minutes.
2. If not using airstone, pour wort back and forth between Primary Fermenter Buckets several times to aerate the wort.
1. Pour the yeast into the Primary Fermenter.
2. Seal the lid on the Primary Fermenter.
3. Rock the Primary Fermenter back and fourth for approximately 1 minute to ensure yeast is mixed thoroughly.
4. Airlock
a. Fill Airlock with either sanitizer or vodka.
b. Place Airlock into position in the lid of the Primary Fermenter.
5. Wipe the Primary Fermenterr clean with sanitizer and place fermenter in protected area where the temperature is a stable 65F to 75F degrees.
6. Patiently wait while your wort ferments into the sweet nectar known as beer.
