1. Mash/Lauter Tun.

2. Small Water Pot (large enough to boil 4 gallons of water).

3. Large Brew Pot(large enough to boil 8 gallons of wort)(see NOTE 1).

4. (2) 7 Gallon Primary Fermenters (with lids that fits tight).

5. Airlock.

6. 4-liter pitcher (with marking showing 1-gallon level).

7. Thermometer.

8.Hydrometer.

9. Mash Paddle(or long handled slotted spoon)

10. Copper Wort Chiller

11. Hurican Burner(or other large heat source)

Supplies

1. Cleaning and Sanitizing

a. Powdered Brewers Wash (PBW) cleaner.

b. Sanstar no rinse sanitizer.

c. (2) New kitchen sponges (see NOTE 2).

2. Roll of paper towels.

3. Paper and pencil (to record hydrometer readings and times).
